1. All plans have a validity period of 30 days.

2. A dedicated Internet price list is available upon request.

3. The above price list does not cover the installation cost.

4. Dotmac will offer services until the conclusion of the subscription period, irrespective of whether the customer utilizes the service.

5. The customer is required to make prompt and timely payments of the monthly subscription fee.

6. No refund policy: If the customer initiates the termination or cancellation of the service, there will be no refunds issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
